Federal Member for Parkes Mark Coulton is pleased to announce that his 2023 calendar is now available for residents of the Parkes electorate.
The calendar, featuring photos that showcase the best of the Parkes electorate, is a first for Mr Coulton.
“Following the overwhelming success of my inaugural Christmas Card Photo Competition, it was suggested that the 14 finalist photos would make a great calendar and I couldn’t have agreed more,” Mr Coulton said.
“Each of the finalists were too good not to share and a calendar is a perfect way to give these photos the spotlight they deserve, while highlighting the beauty of the Parkes electorate.
“A majority of the 14 photos are also a great representation of the wet and flooded year we had in 2022.”
The local photographers featured in the calendar include the 2022 Christmas Card Photo Competition winner George Williams from Walgett, as well as Leanne Schwager (Wee Waa), Terri-Lea Hubbard (Gunnedah), Alan Hughes (Dubbo), Brendon Kramel (Narrabri), Kristy-Lee Bonney (Wee Waa), Janelle Simpson (Mount Foster), Michael Cooper (Dubbo), Narelle Rodway (Gilgandra), Mark Middendorff (Warren), Tracy Bennett (Tottenham), Naomi Stone (Lightning Ridge), Erin Brouff (Warren) and Geoff Wheeler (Dubbo).
“I’d like to thank each of these talented photographers for not only entering my competition but for allowing me to use their beautiful photographs in this calendar,” Mr Coulton said.
“I hope everyone enjoys them as much as I do!”
Free copies of the 2023 calendar are available for collection from each of Mr Coulton’s electorate offices in Dubbo (Shop 3, 153 Brisbane Street), Moree (69 Heber Street) and Broken Hill (275 Argent Street).
Residents in the Parkes electorate who live outside of these centres are welcome to call the Dubbo electorate office on 02 6882 0999 to arrange for a free copy to be posted to their address.
“There are limited copies available, so if you would like one, please contact my office as soon as possible – don’t miss out!” Mr Coulton said.
