Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO)

The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman is a free and independent alternative dispute resolution scheme for small businesses and individuals in Australia with unresolved complaints about their telephone or internet services.

The TIO is a last resort in seeking a resolution; you must contact your provider first and if you are unsatisfied with the outcome then you can contact the TIO. To find out more about the Telecommunication Industry Ombudsman you can visit their website www.tio.com.au
